These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any purchases made through our online store (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Studio Maalavidaa Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting our Site, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this Site, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

4. Prices and payment

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing and delivery estimates provided on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, strikes, high-volume periods, or other disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Where permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with the applicable carrier process.

7. International orders, customs and duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs procedures may delay delivery. We cannot control or guarantee customs processing times.

9. Pre-orders and made to order products

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order or made-to-order basis.

Estimated production and shipping timelines for these products will be provided on the applicable product page where available. These timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, supply-chain, or logistical circumstances.

By purchasing a pre-order or made-to-order product, you acknowledge that the product may not be available for immediate shipment.

Any specific cancellation or refund conditions applicable to a pre-order will be disclosed at the time of purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

10. Limited-edition products

Certain releases may be produced in limited quantities.

We do not guarantee that sold-out products will be restocked. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. An item is not secured until the checkout process has been completed and the order has been accepted.

11. Promotional codes and sales

Discount codes, promotional offers, and sales may be subject to additional conditions communicated at the time of the promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions where permitted by applicable law.

12. Intellectual property
